The Years of Sally..... 2003

2003 saw Sally's first foray into Radio in the Radio 4 Afternoon Play "Seven Floors". An, as yet, unsourced recording in the database.

In March 2003 Sally extended her career on the boards when she appeared with Rik Mayall in "Present Laughter". Her reviews were good. "a charming, not to say touching, performance as Daphne".

The 2 part "pilot" of Caroline Quentin's "Blue Murder" became Series 1. Sally appeared, in the first episode, as Grassmere the Forensic Crime Scene Investigator.

Series 1 of "Absolute Power" feels like another break through moment when Sally took on the very funny role of Cat Durnford in the undercast supporting the outstanding Stephen Fry character Charles Prentiss and John Bird's excellent Martin McCabe. Sally was a key member of the team in the Prentiss/ McCabe, fictional, Public Relations company.
